Jim Hartman, 78, passed away at home on November 8 in Gold Canyon, Arizona, surrounded by his family.

Ivan (Ike) Larson, 82, of Guthrie Center, son of Merius and Lula (Christensen) Larson, was born on September 4, 1926, in Shelby County.

Gretchen (Betty) Pearson, 90, of Anamosa died November 12 at the Jones Regional Medical Center in Anamosa following a brief illness.

Elmeree Lavonne Sproston, 70, of Anamosa died November 14 in her home following a brief illness.

Jean Roseann VonMuenster, 57, of Anamosa died November 17 peacefully in her home surrounded by her loving family and devoted mother, after a two month battle with cancer.

Ann Marie Wozniak, 62, a resident of Manor Care Health Services, Cedar Rapids, died there November 9 from complications of Advanced Parkinson’s Disease.

Doris Eugina Thomsen, 82, of Center Junction, died November 14 at Anamosa Care Center in Anamosa.

Richard (Dick) W. Heims, 74, of Anamosa died November 6 at the U of I Hospital of a brain aneurysm.

Leona Stiffler, 88, of Monticello died the morning of November 7 at the Monticello Nursing and Rehabilitation Center following an extended illness.

Carol (Swenson) Peck, 84, of Fort Collins, Colorado, and formerly of Olin died November 1 at Columbine Care Center West in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Harold James Hartman died November 8.

Lewis M. Dreibelbis, 92, formerly of Bickford Cottage, most recently a resident of the Anamosa Care Center, died October 30, at the care center following a brief illness.

James D. Heims Sr. of Anamosa, 65, died October 30 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Cedar Rapids following an extended illness.
